Welcome! I am so glad you’ve found us.

Understanding yourself or your child can be a powerful first step toward meaningful support. As a School Psychologist based in Columbus, Ohio, I specialize in comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for children, teens, and adult learners. My passion lies in helping individuals gain diagnostic clarity around Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Learning Disabilities, Anxiety, and Depression, so that families can confidently access appropriate resources, services, and supports.

With years of experience in both the public school and private practice settings, I am deeply familiar with the special education process, 504 plans, and accommodations at both the K-12 and college levels. I aim to bridge the gap between assessment and advocacy, ensuring that every evaluation leads to actionable insights and real-world support.

Finding the right fit in an evaluator matters. I strive to make the process approachable, informative, and efficient, with clear communication and a timely turnaround. I am a fierce LGBTQIA+ ally and advocate for youth and their families. My practice is designed to be inclusive, safe, and affirming for individuals of all identities and backgrounds.

When not partnering with clients and families, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, camping, playing hobby board games, trading card games, reading, learning something new, and cheering on the Columbus Crew!

I am a licensed professional counselor with a background in education and school counseling that I apply to my work with children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Master’s degree in School Counseling and LPC certification from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Otterbein University.

I was a former Kindergarten teacher for five years and was an elementary School Counselor for four years. I also interned at Columbus State Community College. These experiences deepened my passion for supporting the whole person by focusing on academic/career, social, and emotional well-being, and partnering with families and communities in meaningful ways.

I am committed to creating a welcoming and affirming space for all clients, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community and those who are impacted by neurodevelopmental differences. I use an integrative, client-centered approach to therapy, aiming to meet each individual where they are. I believe that reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I  honor the vulnerability it takes to begin the therapeutic process. I strive to foster a safe, compassionate space where you can reflect, connect, and discover ways to bring more peace and clarity into your everyday life.

When I’m not chasing after my two young kids, I enjoy reading and exploring local coffee shops.

I am a dedicated therapist who specializes in supporting children, teens, and adults experiencing emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and other life challenges. I am deeply committed to providing trauma-informed care and to making therapy accessible, affirming, and meaningful for every client.

I believe that meaningful progress happens through collaboration. When working with children and adolescents, I partner closely with parents and caregivers to create a strong, consistent foundation that supports each child’s unique emotional needs both in and outside of the therapy space. I view parents as essential members of the healing process and strive to foster open communication and shared goals.

Therapy works best when it feels safe, nonjudgmental, and authentic. I aim to create a secure environment where clients can be themselves while learning practical skills to navigate emotions, relationships, and everyday challenges. I bring transparency, humor, and authenticity into sessions while maintaining professional boundaries, allowing clients to feel supported, respected, and understood.

I strive to be a trusted, judgement-free adult where children feel comfortable expressing themselves and building emotional awareness and coping skills. I am also committed to creating an affirming and inclusive space for all clients, including those from marginalized populations and within the LGBTQIA+ community.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, incorporating art and play-based interventions to help clients express themselves creatively and developmentally. I utilize evidence-based practices and tailor each intervention to meet the individual needs of my clients. Modalities I frequently incorporate include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

  • Trauma-Informed Care

  • Play and Art Based Interventions
